“Dealing with Differences”—“How Can We Get Along” will focus on the difficulty we all have in trying to relate effectively and harmoniously with other people. Some helpful (but hard) hints will be presented and discussed as to how we can enrich our lives and the lives of one another through the grace of understanding. $165.00 per person.
“Visiting the Sick and Imprisoned” is another corporal work of mercy. This Monday evening we will begin with a movie, “I Want To Live ‘Til I Die” featuring the late Sr. Thea Bowman. Having viewed the movie we will have conversations about Visiting the Sick and dealing with our own illnesses. Fr. Dennet Jung, OFM and the Retreat Team will facilitate tonight’s program. We will offer special times of prayer, presentations, discussions, and a social gathering. We call these evenings Monday Mini-Retreats. The evening begins with a meal at 6:00 p.m. and concludes with night prayer at 9:00 p.m. On some of these evenings there will be a movie presentation for discussion; on other evenings there will be a dialogue presentation and discussion followed by a closing prayer. Please note the Monday evenings when these mini-retreats are scheduled, and please send in your reservations ONE WEEK AHEAD OF TIME. Contact the office at 610-258-3053 Ext. 10 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make your reservations. Donations for these events are $20.00 per person. Register
