Outline of weekend:
The weekend retreat begins with registration and welcome at 4 pm on Friday. We will share an evening meal together at 6 pm. There will be evening sessions so we encourage you to stay overnight at the retreat house. All meals and room and board are included in the cost of $175. We will also celebrate together with the SFRH Sunday Community at the 10 am Sunday Mass, and we will conclude with the Noon Meal at the retreat house on Sunday. Full itinerary below. August 11: Saturday / Feast of St. Clare
8 am: Breakfast
9 am: Prayer
9:15 am: “The First Half of Life”

11 am: Eucharist: Feast of St. Clare
1-3 pm: Contemplative Time: Spiritual Direction, Confession, Prayer before the Blessed
Sacrament, Contemplative Walk Outdoors, Art Work, Nap, etc.
3:15 pm: “Midlife Transition and the Second Half of Life”
5:15 pm: Supper together
6:30 pm: “The Journey Home”
8:10 pm: Break
8:30-9 pm: Conversation with Refreshments / Blessing of St. Clare
9-10 pm: Social
