Mission Statement
St. Francis Job Transition Group is a fellowship of men and women with a common desire to become employed or seek career advancement through a Christian forum.
The mission is to provide ongoing Christian community for job seekers. A faith based fellowship will govern this program, its actions and processes. These processes will include meditation, practical job-finding methods, job-search tools and classical networking techniques. Participants meet with others to gain in-sight into individually targeted career pursuits and methods for overcoming the barriers inherent in the job market. Holistic spiritual strengthening, career guidance, internet resources and video presentations will be made available to enhance probability of success.
Our primary purpose is to prepare participants to face the challenges of a new job search and to shorten the time of unemployment, under-employment or career and position changes.
